A team at Covington has started a new organization – Making Every Vote Count — pressing for a national popular vote for President.  Sam Wang was on CNN this morning talking about some related new research, finding that one out of every three elections where the popular vote margin is within 3% will feature a popular vote – electoral college mismatch.  I’ll post the research itself as soon as I can find it.
