Listen and learn.

Bob’s description:

This is a podcast for about 20 minutes of my sixth class at UCLA Extension with Fred Woocher, one of the leading campaign finance lawyers in California, who discusses the Citizens United case; independent expenditures; Prop.59, the advisory measure on Citizens United; and dark money.

Fred  was named one of the 100 Most Influential Lawyers in California by the Los Angeles Daily Journal. He was nominated by President Clinton to serve as United States District Court Judge for the Central District of California, but the nomination expired when the Senate adjourned without having taken action to confirm his nomination.
