Kobach Gets a (Midemeanor) Vote Fraud Conviction

AP:

A man who illegally voted in both Kansas and Arkansas while moving has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor in a case that was among the first to be filed under a new state law that gives Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach the power to prosecute election fraud allegations.

Steven Gaedtke, 60, entered the plea Wednesday in Johnson County District Court, The Kansas City Star reported. He will pay the maximum $500 fine and court costs.

Voter fraud still not looking like a huge, large, or even moderately serious problem in Kansas though.
