The Supreme Court is set to consider at the justices’ private conference Jan. 9 whether to review a long-running constitutional challenge to campaign finance restrictions on corporate political action committees, which was brought by the PAC of a conservative nonprofit corporation called previous Stop This Insanity Inc., or STI (STI Employee Leadership Fund v. Federal Election Commission, U.S., distributed 12/17/14).
