Josh Douglas earned tenure and was promoted to associate professor at the University of Kentucky.

Justin Levitt earned tenure at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

Franita Tolson was granted tenure at Florida State University College of Law.

Ciara Torres-Spelliscy was promoted from assistant professor of law to associate professor of law at Stetson University College of Law. She also received the Dickerson-Brown Award for Excellence in Faculty Scholarship.
