Arkansas Times: “Two readers of the Arkansas Blog have reported that, after presenting a valid voter ID at polls this week, an election clerk held the ID and then asked the voter to recite vital information, including address and birth date. Fail the test and they couldn’t vote, the readers said. This isn’t how the law is supposed to work.”
