It’s not yet on the West page, but you can find it on Amazon and I have received a hard copy of Hillel Y. Levin, Statutory Interpretation: A Practical Lawyering Course. It seems meant for a statutory interpretation course or component of a larger Legislation course.

I love Hillel’s work on statutory interpretation, and refer to it a lot in my upcoming Examples and Explanations book.  I look forward to delving into this.
