The Supreme Court will issue opinions on Monday, January 27.  The next chance after that is the week of February 13.

McCutcheon is one of the few cases remaining from the October sitting.

But last year, the Court heard the Fisher affirmative action case in October, but did not render a decision until the end of the term.

So the odds of McCutcheon Monday? Decent but not great.
