I look forward very much to this symposium Friday.  I’ll be presenting a bit of new data on election-related litigation, and on the first panel reflecting on the 2012 elections (with Bob Bauer, Katie Biber, Ken Goldstein, Bill Marshall, and Myrna Perez).  I also hope to post on SSRN soon the Essay I’m writing for the GW symposium, tentatively titled: “The 2012 Voting Wars and the Resurrection of Bush v. Gore.”
