The next month I will be travelling extensively, with book tour commitments, conference and workshop appearances, a scholar in residence stint at William & Mary Law, and some personal/family commitments.

This is also obviously a very busy time for the blog, with the election less than two months away and election disputes arising every day.

Please have patience with me if I seem slow to respond to emails or to post information on the blog.  Those receiving my blog postings via the Election Law listserv should expect that my daily email may come late or not at all on some days, or at odd times.
