Press release: “CHEYENNE:  The Wyoming Liberty Group (WyLiberty) filed an advisory opinion request with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) today to ensure grassroots organizations will not have to register and report with the federal government just to speak. This was done on behalf of Free Speech, a Wyoming unincorporated nonprofit association of individuals who would like to speak out about political issues in the coming months, but are unsure whether their speech will have to comply with dozens of federal regulations.”
