The Indiana Attorney General has issued this press release.  It begins: “The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit today granted Indiana’s request for a stay of a federal district court’s injunction against enforcing a ban on out-of-state robo-calls.”

I do not know if the order contained any reasoning.  If anyone has a copy please send it along.
